What we collect
- Contact and delivery details: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses
- Order details: what you bought, prices, discounts and delivery information
- Payment details: these are handled by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card number
- Messages: emails, WhatsApp messages and photos you send us, including for claims
- Device and browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and cookies
- Marketing choices: whether you have signed up to our emails or texts

- To process, pack and deliver your order: contract
- To answer your questions and handle claims: contract and legitimate interests
- To prevent fraud and respond to payment disputes: legitimate interests
- To keep accounting and tax records: legal obligation

- To measure and improve how our site works: consent for non-essential cookies
Who we share it with
We share only what each provider needs to do its job:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders
- Payment providers, to take payment and check for fraud
- Couriers and postal services, to deliver your order
- Email and messaging providers, including WhatsApp when you contact us there
- Our accountants and professional advisers
- Police, regulators or courts, when the law requires it
Some of these providers store data outside the UK, for example in Canada or the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by a UK adequacy decision or by approved contract terms such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax law requires. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages and claim photos are kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter and any follow-up dispute.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another organisation. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
