RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
The Vault Wholesale supplies pre-owned vintage clothing on a wholesale basis for business and resale purposes. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
Wholesale and Business Sales
Our products are sold wholesale for resale. As these are business-to-business wholesale orders, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed and delivered.
The Nature of Our Products
Our items are genuine pre-owned vintage clothing. They are graded and hand-picked, and natural signs of wear consistent with pre-owned vintage are to be expected and are not considered faults. The grade and nature of every order is made clear before purchase.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives genuinely faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thevaultwholesale@gmail.com with photos. We will review it and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items. This does not cover normal vintage wear.
Consumer Rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer rather than for business or resale, you may have additional statutory rights under UK law, including the right to cancel within 14 days. Where these rights apply by law, they are not affected by this policy.
