The Vault Wholesale is a supplier of genuine pre-owned branded and vintage clothing. These terms apply to all orders placed through our website.

Products
We sell genuine pre-owned vintage and branded clothing. All items are pre-owned and graded accordingly. Product images and descriptions are provided as an accurate representation, but as these are vintage items, slight variation in condition is normal and expected. Where products are sold as mixed boxes or bundles, the exact contents may vary while matching the description, brands, and grade stated.

Pricing
All prices are listed in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Orders
When you place an order, you will receive confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout. We do not store your card details.

Authenticity
We take authenticity seriously. All branded and designer items are checked and verified genuine. We do not sell counterfeit goods.
