These terms cover every order placed on thevaultwholesale.com. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
The Vault Wholesale is a trading name of Vinted Resells Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16344052. Our registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom, and our VAT number is GB516424310. References to we, us and our mean Vinted Resells Ltd.
2. Business buyers only
We sell only to businesses buying in the course of their trade. By placing an order you confirm that you are buying for resale or other business use. If you are not buying for a business, please do not place an order. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.
3. Our stock and grading
All stock is pre-owned vintage and second-hand clothing, so expect normal signs of age and wear. Every piece is checked and graded before it is packed.
Grade A: clean, wearable and ready to list.
Grade B: light marks or minor wear, priced to match.
Grade A/B: mostly clean, with some light wear across the box.
Grade B/C: visible wear, suited to upcycling or bargain listings.
Broken: damage that needs repair, priced for it.
The contents of each box vary. Unless a listing says otherwise, no specific mix of sizes, colours, styles or brands is guaranteed. The number of pieces in each box is as stated in the listing. Product photos show examples of the type of stock in a box, not the exact items you will receive.
4. Mystery products
Mystery products, such as mystery bundles and mystery designer pieces, are picked by us. You will not know which items you receive until they arrive. Every item is genuine and matches the description in its listing, but we do not promise any particular brand, item or value. Where a size option is offered at checkout, we pick items in that size.
5. Authenticity
Every branded piece is checked before it leaves us, and we do not knowingly sell counterfeit goods. If an item turns out not to be genuine, our Refund Policy sets out how we replace it.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), and any VAT is shown at checkout. Multi-buy discounts shown on a product page are applied automatically at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. If a price on our site is clearly wrong, or an item sells out before we can pack it, we may cancel that order or item and refund you in full.
7. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm dispatch, and the contract is formed at that point. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we suspect fraud or misuse of our site.
8. Delivery, risk and ownership
Dispatch and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.
9. Cancellations, returns and refunds
All sales are final, and we do not offer cancellations, returns or refunds. Our Refund Policy explains how we put things right when an order is lost, damaged, wrong or not genuine.
10. Your resale
You are responsible for how you list, price and sell the stock, for following the rules of any platform you sell on, and for the tax rules that apply to you. We do not promise any level of sales, profit or resale value.
11. Our liability
If we are liable to you for an order, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
12. Payment disputes
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer, so we can resolve the problem directly. If a dispute is raised on an order that was delivered as described, we will send the issuer our records for that order, including tracking, photos and messages.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
14. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
