We aim to dispatch every order within 2 to 3 working days on a tracked service. In peak periods, including October to December, dispatch can take up to 15 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery times
United Kingdom: usually 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Europe and the rest of the world: this depends on the destination and on customs clearance. Your tracking link shows the latest estimate.
Shipping rates
United Kingdom: £4.99 on orders under £50, £9.99 on orders from £50 to £99.99, and free on orders of £100 or more.
Europe (EU): £12.99 on orders under £50, £24.99 on orders from £50 to £99.99, and free on orders of £100 or more.
Rest of the world: £44.99 on every order.
The order value is your basket total after discounts. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If your tracking has not moved for 5 working days, message us and we will chase the courier.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the UK may be charged import VAT, duties or handling fees by the destination country. These are paid by the buyer when the parcel arrives. If a parcel is refused because of these charges, the order is not refunded.
Delivery address
Please check your address at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will resend it once the new postage has been paid.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy for how we put it right. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the packaging and the items.
