Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are dispatched the next working day after your order is placed.

Please note: during peak order times, processing and dispatch can take up to 10 days. If there is any delay, we will keep you updated, and your order will always be on its way as soon as possible.

Delivery
UK delivery takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. You will receive tracking information by email the moment your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Processing
Orders placed before our daily cut-off are processed the next working day. Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday are dispatched the next working day. During busy periods, processing may take longer, as noted above.

Tracking
Every order is sent tracked. If you have not received your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us and we will resend it.

International Shipping
If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order and we will confirm the available options and timescales for your country.

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us straight away and we will put it right.
